Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 to 65 years Both male and female Pain Score of greater than or equal to 4 on the Visual Analog Scale Ability to understand and respond to questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Knee surgery in the last 3 months Recent major knee trauma Structural abnormalities of the knee Cognitive impairment Current pregnancy.
