Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with two comparable post burn immature scar at least 15 cm apart with respect to healing time (4-6weeks), anatomical location and appearance, presenting within 4-12 weeks of wound healing of deep thermal burns. 2.Scar of size minimum 1cm 1cm will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immature scar on face. Less than 18years of age Patients with co-morbidities impairing wound healing (Diabetes). Presence of bleeding disorders Pregnant and Lactating women Immuno-compromised patients Patients on immunosuppressants

MeasureTime frame
Current methods for treating hypertrophic scars are not consistently predictable. This study aims to evaluate the effect of Nanofat on maturation of immature post-burn scars and their long-term quality. If injecting Nanofat in the immature burn scar accelerates scar maturation and ultimately enhances long-term scar quality, it could significantly improve both the aesthetic and functional outcomes for burn patientsTimepoint: Patients will be followed up at 1.Post op day (POD)-3 2.POD 14 3.1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month.
