Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with two comparable post burn immature scar at least 15 cm apart with respect to healing time (4-6weeks), anatomical location and appearance, presenting within 4-12 weeks of wound healing of deep thermal burns. 2.Scar of size minimum 1cm 1cm will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immature scar on face. Less than 18years of age Patients with co-morbidities impairing wound healing (Diabetes). Presence of bleeding disorders Pregnant and Lactating women Immuno-compromised patients Patients on immunosuppressants

| Current methods for treating hypertrophic scars are not consistently predictable. This study aims to evaluate the effect of Nanofat on maturation of immature post-burn scars and their long-term quality.
