Interventions

Intervention1: Maxillary en-masse retraction with L-PRF using NiTi coil spring: After explaining study to the patient and inform consent to be taken. Orthodontic treatment will be started using MBT 0.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Any malocclusion that required Upper 1st premolar extraction. 2.Group A anchorage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term corticosteroid therapy or bisphosphonate and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug use and a comprehensive history of orthodontic treatment 2. Presence of an ankylosed tooth 3. Pregnancy 4. History of maxillofacial or plastic surgery. 5. Subjects with craniofacial syndromes. 6. Traumatic extraction 7. Group B and C anchorage 8. Periodontally compromised patient
