Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Patient fit for Virechana and basti Patient undergoing virechana Patient undergoing basti Patient who is not on any anti rheumatic drug from last 30 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O of Diabetes Mellitus, Irritable bowel Syndrome. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients on any anti-lipidemic drugs.
