Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 30 to 60 years Adults within the age range commonly affected by Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) 2 Confirmed T2DM diagnosis Based on WHO or ADA criteria hba1c more than 6.5 3 Presence of microvascular complications Diabetic retinopathy and Diabetic Nephropathy. 4 Informed consent Willingness to participate and sign the consent form 5 Stable medical condition No acute health issues that interfere with the study procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Other types of diabetes Exclude Type 1 Diabetes gestational diabetes etc 2 Severe comorbidities Includes heart disease advanced kidney disease liver disease or cancer 3 Pregnancy or breastfeeding Women who are pregnant or nursing 4 Recent significant weight change Weight loss or gain more than 10 percent in the last 3 months 5 Severe psychiatric disorders Disorders affecting participation or understanding of the study 6 Medications affecting adiposity or insulin sensitivity Eg glucocorticoids or antipsychotics 7 Uncontrolled diabetes HbA1c more than 10 percent or extreme blood sugar fluctuations 8 Inability to undergo assessments Physical or cognitive limitations preventing required tests
