Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 45 yrs 2. Both male and female participants 3. Willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological, psychiatric, or foot-related disorders Individuals with foot injuries Recent use of substances affecting alertness or cognition (eg. Caffeine) Cold intolerance or vascular disorders On medications affecting cognition or alertness
