Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis in freezing phase between age of 40-65 years of both genders willing to participate with provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary trauma/surgery secondary causes (neurological/rheumatological) cognitive/psychiatric imapriments
