Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years with partial edentulism requiring dental implant placement and receiving long term proton pump inhibitor therapy with systemically stable condition and adequate bone volume for implant placement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases, history of biphosphonate therapy, radiation therapy to head and neck region, heavy smoking, pregnancy or lactation,active periodontal infection or poor oral hygiene
