Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed Gridhrasi patient will be included Subject who are willing for observational study The selection of the patients will be irrespective of their gender religion socio-economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma of spine Known case of TB and HIV Post operated patients of lumbo sacral spine and leg Chronic patients like malignancy
