Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients giving valid informed consent Patients with age 35 years and above of both gender with or without diabetes mellitus posted for surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Obvious anatomical neck deformity of face,hands,neck Patients allergic to general anaesthetics Co existing factors like rheumatoid arthritis Emergency surgeries
