Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male cricket players (batsman and bowlers) aged 16-26 years 2.Presence of hamstring tightness, as determined by the Active Knee Extension Angle test 3.Exhibiting pronated foot posture, assessed via the Foot Posture Index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of lower limb injuries or surgeries in the past six months 2.Existing neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting gait or posture
