Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater and equal to 18 with or without cardiometabolic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of neck deformity, thyroid enlargement, cervical lymphadenopathy, surgical scars that preclude accurate neck circumference measurement. 2. Patient with hypothyroidism 3. Current use of systemic glucocorticoids that can alter fat distribution
