Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women age group between 40-60 yrs Residing in Anupa Desha for at least 5 years Willing to participate and provide informed consent Experienced natural menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women on hormone replacement therapy. Women with surgical menopause Women with major psychiatric illness or chronic debilitating disease
