Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male kabaddi athletes aged 18-25 years. Minimum 1year of playing experience at the district or state level. No history of major lower limb injuries in the past 6 months. Willing to participate in a supervised training program. Participants having experience of doing basic strength exercises for 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in any other structured resistance training during the study. Athletes with neuromuscular disorders affecting movement patterns.
