Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I and II 2.Patient undergoing elective forearm and hand surgeries 3.Patient willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Allergy to Local anaesthetics and opioids 3. Local infection at the site of block 4. pregnant women 5. Severe cardiopulmonary disease 6. Patients with Neurological deficit in operating arm 7. Bleeding disorders and Patients on anticoagulants
