Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) IT Professionals aged 25-40 years 2) Minimum 6 hours of daily screen time . 3) Diagnosed with DES ( based on Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnarie, (CVS-Q) Symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pre -existing ocular diseases (eg.glaucoma , severe myopia ) 2) Recent eye surgery , nose surgery or trauma . 3) nasal obstruction contraindicating Jalneti.(Deviated nasal septum, polyp) 4) Participants on other DES treatment 5) Uncontrolled systemic illness ( eg. Diabetes , Hypertension )
