Inclusion criteria: Young adult females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with psychiatric disorders, ongoing psychiatric treatment. Individuals on medications known to affect hormonal levels. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Individuals with chronic illness affecting the skin.
