Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients under age Group of 18-60years posted for surgical intervention with Bhagandara [fistula in Ano] Patients with properly filled and signed consent form. Available follow-up data (minimum 6 months post-surgery) Enrollment will be done after IEC approval
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other associated diseases of Ano-rectum other than Bhagandara (fistula-in-Ano) Patients with complex comorbidities and conditions that could interfere with wound healing like diabetes, anaemia, immunosuppressive conditions like HIV, HBsAg etc.. CKD, Liver diseases, those having any history of Radiation Therapy, chronic smoking and alchoholism
