Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will be limited to participant should be from general population male volunteers only The age would be decided between 30 to 40 years The Independent variable will be selected as Yogic Practices The subjects would be all mandate glucose test report categorised only Pre diabetes symptoms Obesity volunteers Occupational Stress volunteers Existing Past family history of participants Strictly follows guide instructions Willingness to participate in the study and signing in the written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant has severe unstable psychiatric Disorder or cognitive impairment that does not allow them to follow the instruction The day to day routines would not be controlled for this study Participants who do not give consent form Factors like climate conditions environmental and social economic status are not to be taken into consideration Avoid more food alcohol consumers and non diet followers
