Interventions

Intervention1: Acupuncture will be given in sitting position,3 sessions per week for 2 months.: The one cun Sterile copper needles will be inserted vertically at the following three points bilaterally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both males and females Aged between 30 and 60 Participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus having UACR between 30 mg/g and 300mg/g

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with Hypertension, Type 1 diabetes mellitus, myocardial Ischemia or any other severe Cardiac illness, CKD or any other Acute Renal Disorders. Participants with any multisystem inflammatory disorders like Systemic Lupus erythrematous , Rheumatoid arthritis Participants having a history of infectious diseases like tuberculosis, syphilis, Pregnant women
