Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 40-65years Underwent cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve replacement) Hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled hypertension or arrhythmias. Peripheral neuropathy Peripheral arterial disease and peripheral venous disease Musculoskeletal impairments,including fractures, myositis ossificans,bone diseases/carcinomas. Neurological deficits and cognitive impairments.

altereation of muscle metaboreflex response by blood pressure changes during post-exercise muscle ischemia.Timepoint: after surgery 15th day

Heart rate variability indices, heart rate response, & magnitude of blood pressure changes during metaboreflex activation.Timepoint: after surgery 15th day
