Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy patients aged 20 to 40 years Both male and female participants Patients requiring simple dental extraction Patients willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent Patients able to comply with postoperative follow up visits Day 2 Day 4 Day 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients wwith systemic diseases Pregnant and lactating women Patients on ACE inhibitors Immunocompromised patients Patients with acute local infection at the extraction site Patients with known allergy to NSAIDs or antibiotics Patients currently on long term steroid or immunosuppressive therapy Patients unwilling to participate or unable to attend follow up visits
