Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will include college students aged between 18 and 25 years who are able to sit independently and assume the required postures Participants will be healthy individuals without any known acute illness Only those who are willing to provide informed consent and comply with the study instructions will be included Both male and female adults classified as obese and overweight based on Asian criteria will be eligible to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a known history of respiratory cardiac or musculoskeletal disorders will be excluded from the study Participants who have undergone recent thoracic or abdominal surgery or those unable to perform spirometry or maintain posture comfortably will not be included Individuals currently taking medications such as bronchodilators or those presenting symptoms of respiratory infections including upper respiratory tract infections colds or coughs on the day of assessment will also be excluded Additionally participants with nasal congestion the presence of a pacemaker or other metal implants and pregnant women will not be considered for the study
