Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Three or more years of experience competing in Taekwondo. 2.Training three or more times per week. 3.18-24 yearold male and female district level taekwondo players. 4.Participants who are wiling and capable to commit to 8 weeks training program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Players with any lower limb injuries and neuromuscular problems in last 6 months 2.Any recent lower limb surgery within last 6 months 3.Currently undergoing physiotherapy or any rehab program
