Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female Indian boxers aged 18 30 years, Boxers actively training or competing at any level amateur, semi-professional, professional athletes, Positive for scapular dyskinesis, Shoulder pain or functional limitation lasting more than 4 weeks, Currently in off-season or not preparing for any upcoming boxing competition, Ability to understand and follow exercise instructions, Willingness to participate and provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder dislocation, fracture, or surgical intervention in the past 6 months, Neurological, cervical spine, Currently enrolled in any shoulder rehabilitation program, Positive findings for other shoulder pathologies e.g. labral tear, rotator cuff tear. Currently participating in a competitive boxing event or pre-competition phase
