Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of Psoriasis by the dermatologist Patient with any clinical types of psoriasis with active lesions at the time of enrolment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known history of or on immunosuppressive therapy. Patient with other autoimmune or severe systemic disorders. Patient with difficulties in communication or with impaired cognitive function leading to in-accurate history-taking.
