Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and chronicity will be selected Gender Male & Female Age Group 30 to 70 yrs Basti arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Congenital Structural and Functional Deformity Patients suffering from any type of Joint Deformities or Systemic Disorder which can interfere with the treatment of Janusandhigata Vata Pregnant women

To evaluate the efficacy of Madhughrutadi Yapana Basti with Tila Taila Matra Basti in the management of Janusandhigata Vata with special reference to Janusandhi shoola for 7 days.Timepoint: Daily subjective assessment and follow up for Basti Dharana Kala, Clinical Objective Assessment carried out on 0th & 7th day. Subjective and Objective Parameters Assessment and follow up on 15th & 21st day.
