Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with PACG with Age between 40 to 80 years Mild to moderate Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma with evidence of glaucomatous optic neuropathy with IOP more than 21 mmHg with glaucomatous changes. Patients with visually significant cataract with UCVA les than 6/12 or cataract symptomatic enough to deteriorate patient s quality of life. Patients willing to provide informed consent and able to comply with study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: One eyed patient. Corneal abnormalities that precluded accurate IOP readings. Any form of secondary Angle Closure Glaucoma. Patient with advanced glaucoma denoted by MD worse than -12dB Present an active or suspected ocular inflammation. Patient not willing to participate in the study. Patients with poor general health, uncontrolled systemic diseases.
