Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient selected from both married and unmarried age group of 18to 45 years Bleeding assessment Criteria 1.Decrease in intermenstrual period (Period between two menstrual cycles less than 28 days) 2.Quantitatively Increase in menstrual bleeding no. of pad soakage per day i.e. more than 5pad/per day). 3. Increase in number of bleeding days in the menstrual cycle (Bleeding more than5days).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women 2.Patient with post-menopausal bleeding. 3. Patient diagnosed with neoplasm (Ca uterus, Ca cervix). 4.Patient with traumatic bleeding . 5. Patient with hypothyroidism/ hyperthyroidism. 6.Any systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coagulation disorder, IHD, ante partum haemorrhage, PIH, HIV/ VDRL/HbsAg/ HPV positive patients. 7.Patient using any IUCD. 8. Patient with tubo-ovarian mass. 9.patient with abortive bleeding.
