Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Range: Adults aged 18 years and older. Diagnosis: Individuals diagnosed with patterned hair loss (androgenetic alopecia or other similar forms of hair loss) by a healthcare provider. Ongoing Treatment: Patients who are currently undergoing or planning to start a treatment regimen for patterned hair loss (e.g., topical solutions, oral medications, hair restoration procedures). Smartphone Ownership: Participants must own a smartphone (iOS or Android) and be able to download and use the HAIRJOURNEY TRACKER app. Consent: Participants must provide informed consent to take part in the study and agree to use the app for the duration of the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe Cognitive or Physical Impairments: Individuals with cognitive or physical impairments that would prevent them from using a smartphone app effectively. Unwillingness to Participate: Patients unwilling or unable to commit to regular app usage and progress tracking for the duration of the study Experimental Treatments: Patients enrolled in other clinical trials for experimental hair loss treatments may be excluded to prevent confounding data.
