Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Established diagnosis as per rome iv with active IBS symtoms as indicated by a score between 79 to 299 on IBS SSS Participant irrespective of gender Will be included and who are willing to take medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Laboratory or imaging evidence of an alternative explanation of symtoms Subject who received antibiotics or any active drug treatment within 4 weeks prior to date of enrolment or patients taking any type of anti-stress treatment. Known cases of active PR bleed and GI disease such as ulcerative colitis, crohn s disease. History of colon resection, Abdominal surgery. Any uncontrolled systemic disorder i.e. Hypertension, diabetes Immunocompromised Individuals or subjects on immunosuppressive drugs. Pregnant women, lactating mothers and premenopausal women.
