Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD diagnosis confirmed by neurologist Hoehn & Yahr stage I II (ON state) Able to walk 10 meters independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment Musculoskeletal or cardiopulmonary limitations interfering with training Other neurological disorders Visual or hearing deficits preventing cue use Medical instability or high fall risk
