Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects voluntarily participating in study with informed consent. 2.Participants suffering from breast cancer undergoing BCT- Breast Conservative Surgery or Simple Mastectomy or MRM -Modified Radical Mastectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Breast carcinoma who have been advised Neo Adjuvant Chemotherapy. Male patients suffering from breast cancer.

| The primary outcome will be diagnosing the breast cancer by applying Ayurvedic principals. On the day of surgery, the excised tumor will be assessed as per textual reference as follows- Akruti (Size), Swaroopa (Appearance), Varna (Colour), Gandha (Smell), Strava (Secretions) and Sparsha (Touch). The sample will be taken as it is (without putting it into formalin as to avoid the effect of formalin on the sample appearance ), where the cut section will be taken and the details of the cut section will be noted again. Correlation of Hetu (causes) and dosh dushya pradhanya, based on the assessment of excised Breast tumor specimen, HPR (histopathology report), and Radiological findings (MRI Breast, Mammography, CT scan) will be studied and noted down.Timepoint: two years | — |

| The secondary outcome will be establishing the correlation of hetu (causative factors like Diet, lifestyle, addiction, psychological risk factors) and Rupa (signs and symptoms) of breast cancer. This will be done by taking detailed case history including diet and lifestyle, psychological factors, and other causes will be taken. Then the diagnosis of Breast cancer will be done applying Ayurvedic principles for examination of tumour and patient. Timepoint: 2 years | — |
