Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy Gestational age between 8+0 to 13+6 weeks at first ultrasound History of at least one prior LSCS Willingness to comply with follow up scans

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple gestation Congenital uterine anomalies Refusal to participate or follow up

MeasureTime frame
1) To determine the prevalence of uterine niche in women with previous cesarean sections. 2) To characterize uterine niche using transvaginal/ transabdominal sonography.Timepoint: NIL

1) To assess the association between niche morphology & pregnancy outcomes 2) To identify whether niche parameters can serve as predictors of adverse obstetric outcomes.Timepoint: NIL
