Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having sign and symptoms of Tension Headache (Vatika Shiroroga). 2.Patient of age between 20-50 years will be included. 3.Patient fit for Nasya. 4.Patient fit for Yoga.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any other types of infections associated with fever. 2.Known case of sinusitis and seizures. 3.Any pathology involving the eye. 4.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 5.Pregnant and lactating women. 6.Known case of migraine, cluster headache and trigeminal neuralgia. 7.Any other serious systemic illness. 8.Secondary headache arising due to meningitis, tumor, cervical spondylosis etc. 9.Nasya Ayogya patients as per classical text will be excluded.
