Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Three walled intrabony defects having a radiologic vertical bone loss of Greater than or equal to 3mm with a persistent PPD Greater than or equal to 5mm after non-surgical therapy 2.Evidence of greater than or equal to 3mm of Intrabony defect 3.Intrabony defect angle of 37-40 degrees 4.Non Smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with parafunctional habits 2.Anterior and posterior Deep bite and open bite 3.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases. 4.Pregnancy or lactating women. 5.Patients under anticoagulant therapy. 6.Patients with infectious diseases ( HIV, Hepatitis - B,C,...... )
