Intervention1: Inj. Tramadol 1mg/kg given intravenous under spinal Anesthesia.: Inj. Tramadol 1mg/kg will be given to the patient. And its effect on post spinal Anesthesia shivering will be observed.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years. 2. Either gender. 3. ASA grade I,II. 4. Patient having normal coagulation profile.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA status III, IV,V. 2. Unwilling patient. 3. Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia. 4. History of hypersensitivity to the local anaesthetic drug. 5. Pre-existing neurological disorders.
