Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II. 2)Parental informed consent has obtained. 3)Children scheduled for elective surgical procedures requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Congenital airway anomalies 2)History of difficult intubation 3)Emergency surgery 4) Children with upper respiratory tract infections within the last 2 weeks
