Intervention1: Ravghan Babuna: Gul babuna 215 g is soaked in ravghan kunjad 2 L 250 ml overnight then oil is filtered and Gul babuna is squeezed and used.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with frozen shoulder Individuals aged 30-65 years. Both males and females Presence of frozen shoulder symptoms persisting for a minimum of 3 months Willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women History of shoulder manipulation under anesthesia within the past year Use of local corticosteroid injections in the affected shoulder within the last 4 weeks or currently on corticosteroid therapy Presence of other types of arthritis affecting the shoulder, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis History of fracture or dislocation in the affected shoulder Previous surgical procedures on the shoulder Neurological impairments impacting shoulder movement Skin conditions at the treatment site Multiple complete tears in the rotator cuff ligaments Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (random blood sugar more than 250 mg/dL)
