Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Patients Patients Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Duration of diabetes for minimum of 1 year since diagnosis Willing to provide written or virtual informed consent. For Physicians Treating subjects with Type 2 Diabetes Treating patients with Type 2 Diabetes for a minimum of 3 years Physicians from Allopathy or Alternative systems Willing to provide written or virtual informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 Diabetes and Gestational diabetes Physicians not treating Type 2 Diabetes patients. Not consenting to participate in the survey
