Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female registered nurses, aged 25 50 years, Minimum of 3 years of professional experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Menopausal, pregnant, or within six months postpartum, Diagnosis of metabolic syndrome (Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia), Use of prescribed medications affecting metabolism or body composition, History of major surgery within past six months Significant lifestyle changes within previous three months
