Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Volunteers willing to participate and provide informed consent. ii. Age group 18 - 50 years. iii. Both Male and Female. iv. Apparently Healthy Volunteers showing symptoms of Mandagni like bloating, heaviness, indigestion during Varsha Ritu.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Volunteers not willing to participate. ii. Volunteers below 18 years and above 50 years. iii. Patients with Diabetes, Hypertension, and Thyroid dysfunction will be excluded. iv. Volunteers having any associated chronic ailments (GERD, Gastric ulcers, Esophagitis etc.). v. Pregnant and Lactating mothers. vi. Recent major surgery affecting digestion. vii. History of severe food allergies

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Sindhoothadi Modak along with standard Varsha Ritu will improve symptoms of MandagniTimepoint: follow up on 15th and 30th day of trial

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It also improves subjective digestive symptoms, bowel habit and overall well being better than standard Varsha ritucharyaTimepoint: 30days
