Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic patients having fasting Blood sugar level from 126 mg per decilitre to 180 mg per decilitre. 2.Subjects diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus with oral hypoglycemic drugs. 3.Patients who are willing to Participate in the study and to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. 2. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Insulin injections. 3. Patients having ischemic heart disease, angina, hepatic or renal dysfunction, gastritis, bleeding disorders, stroke, constipation. Non healing diabetic wound, pregnant and lactating women. 4. Diabetes mellitus patients with neuropathy, nephropathy and retinopathy 5. Previous surgical history regarding conditions mentioned above within 1 year. 6. Psychological co-morbidities 7. Patients under any regular physical exercise and yoga over the last 6 months. 8. Not willing to give consent.
