Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All patient with primary dysmenorrhoea. 2)Patient with pain in lower abdomen, lumber region, inguinal region during menses 3)Patient of age group between menarche to 30 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient taking any type of hormonal therapy. 2) Patients having any anatomical deformity. 3) Uterine pathology - Myoma, adenomyosis, cervicalstenosis, IUCD in utesus, Endometriosis, endometrial polyp etc. any pelvic pathology, PID or other 4) PCOD and other medical, surgical, neurological conditions resulting in primary dysmenorrhoea 5) Patient with known case of Diabetes Mellitus, HTN, Hypertension and Hyperthyroidism, or other systemic disorders
