Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Chair Surya Namaskar: The practice session will take place in the morning. Study participants will sit upright on the edge of the chair with feet hip-width apart and flat on the floor.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, who have been on oral hypoglycaemic drug. 2) Subjects those who are willing to participate in the full duration of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with Diabetes mellitus on insulin therapy. 2) Type 1 Diabetes mellitus. 3) Recent surgical history, fractures or musculoskeletal injuries within 6 months. 4) Diagnosed with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetic complications, ischaemic heart disease, angina, or severe psychiatric conditions.
