Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II females scheduled for laparoscopic hysterectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III and IV Patients posted for revision or complicated surgery

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effects of Non opioid based spinal General Anesthesia versus Opioid based General Anesthesia on the QoR-15 in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy. Timepoint: At baseline, after 1 hour , 12 hours and 24 hours post surgery

MeasureTime frame
To compare hemodynamic parameters in both groupsTimepoint: At baseline, at post spinal, post intubation, at pneumoperitonuem insufflation, during surgery at 5,30,60,90,120 & 150 minuttes interval.;To assess consumption of inhalational agent in both the groupsTimepoint: Intraoperatively;To assess time of regression & time of first rescue analgesia in both the groupsTimepoint: 24 hours postoperatively
