Intervention1: Conventional therapy and Exergaming: The intervention group will be involved in exergaming along with conventional therapy. Conventional therapy will last for 30 minutes and exergaming

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who underwent surgery after femur or tibial fractures. Medically cleared for immediate weight-bearing post-operatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient being unsafe to weight bear. Patient who are unable to see the screen even with visual aid. Learning impairment that could hinder the understanding of task. GCS less than 15
