Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years of Either gender giving valid informed and written consent.Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiology Grade I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to any of the study drugs.All known contraindications to spinal anesthesia like Patients with coagulation disorders and on anticoagulants.Patients with local skin infection or disease. Patients with previous spinal surgeries or spine abnormalities

Measure	Time frame
To compare duration of sensory blockade Timepoint: Time from intrathecal injection every 2 minutes till 20 min and then every 10 minutes till highest level achieved contuining till regression of senosry blockade to L1 level.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
To compare duration of motor blockade Timepoint: Motor blockade will be assessed every 5 minutes for 30 min then every 15 minutes till recovery of motor blockade to modified bromage score of zero.	—
