Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anaesthesiology physical status 1 & 2. Patients aged from 18 to 65 years. Patients undergoing elective gynaecological surgeries under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmias or significant cardiac disease Severe pulmonary disease. Peripheral vascular diseases affecting plethysmographic readings Pregnant patients.
