Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults of either gender, aged 18 40 years with BMI between 18.5 22.9 kilogram per square meter(normal weight) or 23.0 25.0 kilogram per square meter (overweight) and are able to perform the 6-minute walk test (6MWT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with known comorbidities, 2. Current use of medications affecting HRV (e.g., beta-blockers) 3. Regular practitioners of yoga, trained athletes, or those involved in routine aerobic training. 4. Recent illness within the past 2 weeks
